Secure Fisheries’ Sarah Glaser spoke on a panel at the Center for Strategic and International Studies in Washington, DC. “An Ocean of Change: How Climate Change is Upending our View of Maritime Sustainability, Sovereignty, and Security” convened experts to respond to the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change’s Special Report on the Ocean and Cryosphere in a Changing Climate. Dr. Glaser discussed how climate change is impacting conflict and security throughout Africa through changes in fisheries.
