A team of researchers with OEF's Secure Fisheries program explores these questions and more in a new report, released November 21, 2018, Fish Wars: the Causes and Consequences of Fisheries Conflict in Tanzania. The report examines the frequency, intensity, and drivers of fisheries conflict in Tanzania during 1990 – 2017, and is part of the program's focus on understanding fisheries conflict.
