Bardaale Farm

Bardaale Farm (“Bardaale”) produces a variety of fruits and vegetables. Historically, Bardaale used rental vehicles to transport goods to market. Rented transport is not only costly, but at times the transportation service is unavailable when needed, causing up to 50 percent of Bardaale’s produce to spoil from being in storage too long.

Through a Shuraako-facilitated investment, Bardaale was able to procure a truck, which reduced its high transportation rental costs while allowing it to transport a higher volume of produce to market in a timely manner.
