French Pastry

French Pastry is a commercial bakery that manufactures and sells bread and pastries throughout Hargeisa and the surrounding markets.  Since its launch in 2012, the company has expanded to include over 15 products including breads, croissants and cupcakes which are marketed to local supermarkets and restaurants.  Prior to securing investment, French Pastry did not have a suitable production facility or the equipment necessary for growing its customer base or meeting the rising market demand.

With the financing it secured in 2017, French Pastry has constructed a new commercial baking facility, and has purchased additional equipment and a new delivery vehicle.  This expansion has doubled its operational space and allowed the company to streamline its production process with updated equipment.
