The CMA members discussed potential achievable strategic goals for the next five years. CMA members decided to have objectives regarding conservation of the marine environment, increasing the economic value of Bander Beyla district fisheries while ensuring sustainability, and reaching organizational excellence. The participants also discussed how these objectives could be achieved, what activities will be implemented to address the challenges, how the resource will be mobilised and what the roles and responsibilities of the different stakeholders in the CMA will be to reach the desired goals.
