Costal Campesino: Coffee grown by victims of the armed conflict triumphs in European markets

Victims of the conflict and ex-combatants launched their partnership with Café Costal Campesino, a brand with which they hope to export more than 100 tons of coffee.

"Costal Campesino, is the name of the company that conquers the palate of Europeans. This company emerged a few years ago with a central focus on peace; working in collaboration with cooperatives formed by ex-combatants and victims of the armed conflict in southwestern Colombia, specifically in the departments of Cauca and Valle del Cauca. These cooperatives have found markets in Europe for the export of coffee."
